Requirements:
Goal: Gaining the necessary experience and further developing the ability of students to implement certain professional activities according to a predefined methodology, describe the manner of their implementation in a standardized form and analyze the methodological procedure with existing IT support and present the achieved results of independent work.
Outcome: Enabling students for an independent and systematic approach to the realization of given practical problems in the business or public sector, mastering the organization and technology of professional papers and various methods of analysis, in order to present the results in accordance with predefined requirements. By writing the final paper, students gain the necessary experience in the way of presenting their practical solutions and their public defense gain additional knowledge and develop habits for direct communication in the defense of the proposed solutions
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. The final work should be a project for solving specific practical problems in the economic or public sector, which is accepted by the appropriate economic organizations or public institutions in which it is implemented, and with which the College of Civil Engineering and Geodesy has agreed cooperation. Students, with the help of a Lecturer mentor and a mentor in a business organization or public institution, independently create a final which should include solving a practical problem or task within the scope of work of a particular business organization or public institution (institution). The proposed solution to the problem is presented in the form of a final paper in accordance with the methodology of professional papers.
