Requirements:
Goal: Acquiring extended knowledge in the field of financial and contract management. To enable students to perform financial management tasks at the micro, meso, and macro administrative levels.
Outcome: Students will be able to apply and spread theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of financial management and business contracting. Students understand the importance and significance of financial management. They are trained for analysis and synthesis and creating professional expert opinions in financial management and business contracting. Students know the concepts, categories, and principles in the field of financial management and business contracting.

Theoretical instruction:
  1. The concept of financial management and business contracting.
  2. Types of financial management.
  3. Business finance management.
  4. Bank financial management.
  5. Stock exchange management.
  6. Financial markets management.
  7. Financial management in insurance companies.
  8. Public finance management (taxes, customs).
  9. International finance management.
  10. Financial planning.
  11. Business contracting (participants, negotiations, phases and procedures, ways and styles, models, international negotiations, communication problems, financial barriers, and agreements).
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Practical work related to financial management and business contracting.
